Porsche premiered it’s 911 Carrera Cabriolet (991 series) at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.
Performance.
The 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet (991 series) has two engine choices. The base Cabrio is equipped with a 3.4L boxer six that produces 350 horsepower. The 911 Carrera S Cabriolet is powered by a 3.8L boxer six that produces 400 hp. The base Cabriolet can accelerate to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 177 mph. The Carrera S Cabriolet can reach 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 187 mph. These statistics are pretty much the same as the coupe version of the 911 (991 series).
